Validity : Valid to the local or oversea market alike. Valid until 31st DEC 2005.

Rate : RM 288.00 ++ Per Packages, For Single Or Double pax in a Single Room.

Package includes:

• Rates are quoted ++ which are subject to 10% service charge and 5% goverment tax.
• All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to availability.
• The above rates are not subject to any Peak period surcharge throughout the year.
• Accommodation in a Club Room.
• One return transfer from foothill - Clubhouse.
• One set breakfast, two tea breaks, one set lunch and one set dinner served at Annah Rais Cafe.
• Complimentary entrance to Jungle Spa, Club Gym & Function Room.
• Subsequent night(s) stay will be chargeable at RM 260 *(approx. USD 69) per person per night, inclusive of one breakfast, two tea breaks, one lunch & one dinner.

Terms & conditions :

• Maximum occupancy of 2 persons only (adults or children) in a room.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 persons only (adults or children) for chalet.
• No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
• All rates are applicable to local and overseas market alike.
• Check-In time is at : 12.00 noon.
• Check-Out time is at : 12.00 noon.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment shall be made in Ringgit Malaysia. 1 USD is equivalent to MYR3.7991.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  • Up to 6.00 p.m. - 50% of published rate imposed.
  • After 6.00 p.m. - one day's rate imposed.
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to availability.
• Room reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable credit card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel's bank account which shall be advised during the Conformation Stages.
• Room reservation will be held until 6.00 p.m. for non guaranteed reservations.

Cancellation policy :

One night/package charges for the total room/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 04 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
